I saw this book at the local Drikung Kagyu monastery, and found it to be full of fascinating and well detailed information on Mudras within Japanese practice.
Very very thorough and academic.

I love the pictorial I just wish the photos were bigger & the print! Thank you for teaching how to be loving & expressing God with our bodies! I wish I could give 4.5 yet it's not an option! :) I was taught to learn these finger gestures by Buddha Maitreya The Christ & am so glad I did, this should be taught in schools & on television, in dance & sports, people shouldn't real worry it's labeled, I don't, I'm not Japanese Buddhist, yet I love the love in them & the love & woodworks in all the beings & religions, best read yet! :)
